BACK TO SCHOOL: ABC Nutrients for Lunches

Updated: Mar 15, 2023

Can you believe it? August is here. Meaning it’s time to get ready to go back to school. This means buying school supplies, lunch items, new school clothes and a new school year. Since 2020, a typical school routine has been non-existent; virtual classrooms, masks, desks with dividers, reduced socialization with one another. Thankfully, this fall semester will be a semblance of what school used to look like; crowded school yards, playtime, full classrooms and smiling faces. With all the excitement of going back to school especially post COVID-19 pandemic, we must be aware of sicknesses and our immune system.
