Nicole is a licensed Integrative Health Coach who has spent over a decade learning both western and eastern philosophies regarding health, nutrition and the human body to encompass all aspects of wellness and help tailor a plan for each individual's needs. After studying dietetics at the University of North Florida, she decided to learn more about other aspects of health and wellness, including up to date clinical research to fully understand the scope of nutrition around health.
